Sugar Challenge Warriors!

Hello Sugar Challenge Warriors!
Today is February 1st, which means the official Positively Chiropractic sugar challenge has come to a close, BUT! I hope you will carry into the future some useful information about the amount of sugar in modern, processed foods as well as your own intake habits. If you kept your sugar down to 20 grams or less as recommended by the experts, GREAT JOB! You are an ultimate sugar challenge warrior, take a bow! J If you, at the very least, became aware of what you were putting into your body, congratulations as well!  You are a warrior-in-training, and well on your way! With the decreased cravings, fatigue, and risk of insulin resistance, we hope you move into February with a more consistent blood sugar level and increased energy, productivity, immune function, overall well-being, and AWARENESS! Thanks for participating in your health. With life feeling so fast sometimes, we often forget that the seemingly little choices we make amount to so much more!  Well done!
